Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time for partner products (e.g.Giulia) 1-4 business days depending on our stock availability.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
IMPORTANT UPDATE : !!! Shipments to the USA are currently experiencing significant delays and unusually long transit times !!!

*Please keep in mind that usual delivery times can vary depending on the product/size and origin/destination relation, from 2-3 days for domestic and neighbouring countries and up to 20 daysfor countries with long distances.
We use DAO and GLS for domestic shipping and DHL Express for European Union and Rest of the world shipping.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store on Stampevej 17A, 2970, Hoersholm, Denmark.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Hosetess ApS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Hosetess ApS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 (THIRTY) days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
